Hazardous Waste Application Filing – Form III is a mandatory compliance requirement for industries and healthcare facilities authorized to generate hazardous waste under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016. Form III is used to maintain records of hazardous waste generation, storage, transportation, treatment, recycling, and disposal as prescribed by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB).
