Annual Filing of Hazardous Waste Sum-up – Form IV in Tiruvottiyur

Under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, authorised occupiers are required to maintain hazardous waste records in Form III and submit the annual return in Form IV to the concerned State Pollution Control Board. The annual return is submitted for the preceding financial year, covering the period from April to March, on or before 30th June.
